Timeline Vendor calls and confirmations and construction of timeline

Based on the vendor contracts and communication with the host property, Juniper Events will be contacting all vendors and reviewing contracts. This will be the time to confirm arrival and departure times, special needs such as power for the band or DJ, playlists and schedule, photo schedule and locations, wedding processional and ceremony songs, review of rental items, rental company needs and deliveries and pick ups. The timeline will be shared and reviewed with bride/groom, host location and all vendors. This part of the planning process is critical to the success of the event.
